I noticed in my mid 40's that my body and health was changing. I was depressed, not sleeping and everything hurt. I kept asking Dr's for help, but all my numbers came back "normal". I've since learned that "normal" does NOT mean "optimal". I was miserable and I knew I had to find answers.
